Angus Beef Burgers
Our popular organic Aberdeen Angus beef burgers are now available
all the year round. These superb tasting burgers are quite unlike others
available, and the feedback from customers has been excellent. We can
supply in bulk to the retail and catering trade.
 Beef
We sell a small number of Aberdeen Angus beef cattle each year direct
from the shop.
Our animals are born into a closed herd on the farm, where they spend
their lives grazing the cliff top pastures, and are kept in strict accordance
with Soil Association organic standards.
The meat is hung for three weeks to develop the flavour, losing water
in the process so the meat shrinks less on cooking.
Frozen beef is available all year at the farm shop.

 Lamb
We run a mixed flock of Dorset and Soay cross sheep.
The meat is hung for tenderness and flavour, and all joints and cuts
are individually packaged and labeled.
Frozen lamb is available all year at the farmshop.
